Lt Col Ashok Kumar (Retd.) is an alumnus of Indian Military Academy who joined Regiment of Artillery, the Indian Army in 1993. He has held various challenging appointments in counter-insurgency environment of J&K and North East including a significant tenure in the Military Intelligence arm of the Indian Army. He has the honor of serving on the highest battlefield of the world, Siachen Glacier. He holds a Masters degree in commerce with a deep insight into the Indian Economy & is a keen observer of Indian Markets. He has studied at Delhi School of Economics before joining IMA. He opted for pre – mature retirement in 2016 from Indian Army after 25 years of Army service following which he started his own security setup before founding Securex Services. He is an excellent golfer & a voracious reader on varied subjects.
Besides having an MBA in Marketing, Yadvinder has a long list of academic credentials to his name. He has 26 years of proven and established track record as Business Head with Indian and multinational corporates in logistics, retail, security, and integrated facility management companies. Never the one to rest on his laurels, he has won several team building and business leadership awards. He is an intrepid traveler and has a keen eye for finer details. Col Praveen Kumar Patel (Retd) is an alumnus of National Defence Academy & Defence Services Staff College who joined Regiment of Artillery, Indian Army in 1993. As a security professional he has vast experience in carrying out planning & execution of response mechanisms for high-risk environment & volatile situations by integrating HUMINT & surveillance systems. He holds a Masters in Strategic Studies from Madras University, Certificate in Global Supply Chain Mgt from IIFT Delhi & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG. After 27 years of service in Indian Army he has taken Pre-Mature Retirement and joined Securex.
Aalind is an Electronics and Communication Engineer who has a diverse experience in the finance sector. He has a key role in managing the company's financial affairs. Together with Securex Services he has established a series of cash and inventory management policies for efficient use of the budget allocated for the company. He is responsible for inventory management and cash flow in the company, resulting in reduction of turnaround times. A great athlete, he enjoys playing football and golf in spare time.
Col Kulbir Singh (Retd) is an alumnus of Officer's Training Academy who joined the Indian Army in 1992. A seasoned Military Officer with more than 30 yrs of extensive experience in management, organisational development, human resource management, logistics and security framework as part of ever technologically evolving organisation. He holds a master's in Weapon Technology and has been a research scholar with SPPU on behalf of Indian Army covering aspects of India's Long Term Security Interests. Has done diploma in Financial Management from NIFM Faridabad. Has superannuated from Army in June 2022.
